appview: diff: organize changed-files into file-tree introduces the filetree package. eventually we will have a sticky side-panel style layout for any page displaying diffs (probably makes most sense when we have split diffs), and this file-tree will move there.

appview/oauth: return to original page after login-block when attempting to do an authorized request while logged-out, the auth middleware boots the user to the login page. this page now keeps track of the 'Referer' in the oauth request. once the oauth callback is complete, the user is sent back to the page they came from. appview: repo/issues: paginate issues loading up issues on @tangled.sh/core should be much faster because we only have to resolve ~10 DIDs at a time. with a saturated did-handle cache, this should be near-instant page load times.
