web: add the welcome onboarding flow Four steps in one card — profile, follow & star, ssh keys, finish — with the same content as the appview's /welcome templates. The step rail sits at the top and the body slides left or right as you move between steps. Data is mocked, nothing talks to an api yet. web: wire notification and site settings to the appview xrpc Adds an authenticated appview xrpc client (mints an atproto service-auth jwt per call) and wires the notifications and sites settings tabs to the org.tangled.temp.* methods, replacing their mocked data. Input gains an optional suffix for the <subdomain>.<sites-domain> claim field.
